When you request an estimate or membership information, you may provide your name, phone number, email, property address, project details, and photos. Handywork Hero uses this information to review, respond to, schedule, quote, and perform requested services.

How estimate requests work

The estimate form prepares an email to Handywork Hero in your device’s email application. Information is not transmitted by this website until you choose to send that email.

Service records

If you become a customer, project and HomeShield information may be maintained in Handywork Hero’s business systems, including Jobber, accounting, communication, photo, and document tools used to provide service.

Sharing

Information may be shared with employees, service providers, licensed trade partners, insurers, advisors, or authorities only as reasonably needed for the project, business operations, legal compliance, or safety. Handywork Hero does not sell customer information.
